This is a short, exact set the master gave to throw the pituitary into reverse and pour energy back through the body. You lift and drop the gland, you rock the spine open, you grind the lower wheels awake, you fold into Yoga Mudra to even the current, and you lie down to let the navel point vibrate. Do it as written and the system rebalances itself. Nothing here is decorative. Every count is a dose.

Lie on your back

Lie flat on your back with your heels together. Lift both legs to 90 degrees as you inhale through the mouth, then lower the legs as you exhale through the nose. This drives the pituitary into reverse. Keep the legs straight, no bend in the knees. Continue for 3 minutes.

INHALE THROUGH MOUTH, then lower the legs as you EXHALE THROUGH NOSE

Sit on heels (Vajarasan/Rock Pose)

Sit on your heels in Vajarasan, Rock Pose, with your hands on your shoulders. Inhale through the mouth as you rise up to a kneeling position, then exhale through the nose as you return to Rock Pose. Continue for 5 minutes.

Sit in Easy Pose, Sukhasan, with your hands on your knees. Grind your spine in wide circles, moving powerfully. Lose weight. Lose fat. Move. Continue for 5 minutes.

Sit in Easy Pose

Sit in Easy Pose with your hands in Venus Lock behind your back. Inhale through your mouth as you bend forward into Yoga Mudra, bringing your forehead to the ground in front of you while the interlaced hands behind your back rise toward the sky. Exhale through your nose as you sit back up into Easy Pose. Continue for 3 minutes. This creates the balance of energy.

Lie flat on your back in Corpse Pose with your palms facing up, and vibrate at the navel point. Continue for 5 to 7 minutes.
