Advanced and With the Master

With the Master Set 2

This kriya works the kidneys directly, the organs that hold fear and store ancestral fatigue in the body. You twist them, pump them, then flood them with breath of fire to flush them clean, and you finish by turning the mind itself from its negative pole to its positive one through sound. It is a short set, but it moves the prana from the lower waters up to the third eye, and it leaves you wrung out and bright.

Sit in Easy Pose

Sit in Easy Pose. A) Meditate on the sound of EK ONG KAR, concentrating at the 3rd Eye Point and the Navel, and see the energy flow between these two points. Hold for 2 minutes. B) Chant loudly: EK ONG KAR SAT GUR PRASAAD SAT GUR PRASAD, EK ONG KAR, for 6 minutes. This mantra works like the gatga on the Persian prayer wheel, turning the mind from negative to positive. Just repeat it five times whenever you want to switch from your negative mind to your positive mind.
