Advanced and With the Master

With the Master Set 1

This is a set the master gave to tend the glands, the silent guardians of your vitality. Three postures of Breath of Fire stoke the inner fire that wakes the liver, the metabolism, and the soft body beneath the navel, then a stillness in which you chant the Creative energy in and the God within and without out. Give it to your life and the mind heals itself, the body heals itself, and the fear that lives in your organs burns off. You stop reading about yourself and you feel yourself.

Pose 6

For the final five minute relaxation

For the final five minute relaxation, sit in Easy Pose, Sukhasan, with your arms at shoulder height parallel to the ground, palms down, the right arm resting on the left. Breathe very, very slowly. On the inhalation, silently and mentally chant HAREE, HAREE, HAREE about 84 times, and on the exhalation, silently and mentally chant HAR, HAR, HAR about 84 times, each breath lasting about twelve seconds. HAREE calls upon the Creative energy, and HAR is joining the God within and without.
