Stretch Pose
Stretch Pose. Lie flat on your back with arms and legs held straight. Raise your feet, head, and hands 6 inches off the ground and hold there with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes, or as long as you can. Fix your eyes on your big toes and point your hands toward your feet. If your waist lifts up, slide your hands beneath your hips for support. If you hold it for less than a minute, rest, then repeat the pose, adding time each day. This sets the navel.
