Glands and Immunity

The Skin

The skin is the largest organ you own, and it is the body's loudest broadcast of what moves beneath it. This kriya drives the glandular system open to full capacity and pushes the blood and prana to the surface until you sweat, because the skin clears through what the glands release. Work it the way it is given and the glow that follows is not cosmetic, it is the inner radiance finding its way out through the pores.

Keep the same leg motion going, and now add the arms: move the hands and arms up and down as well, 5 times per second or faster, for 5 minutes. This opens the glandular system to full capacity. It creates a sweat.
