The Eyes Set 2

The eyes are not passive windows. They are nadis ending in light, and most people let them go dark. This second eye set sends prana directly into the optic channels and trains the gaze to turn inward to the third eye, where seeing stops being a function of the body and becomes a function of the soul. Work it and you guard the sight you were given.

Stretch your legs out in front of you and bend over, grasping and pulling on your big toes. Roll your eyes up to the Third Eye and hold there until the pain comes. This guards the sight and prevents blindness.

Sit in Easy Pose with your hands in Venus Lock resting in your lap. Fix your gaze at the Third Eye and pour energy and white light into the eyes for 3 minutes.

Stay in Easy Pose and look out the back of your head for 1-3 minutes. Then inhale, exhale, and pull Mulbhand, holding it for 30 seconds.

In Easy Pose, close your eyes and roll them in a circle for 3 minutes. Then inhale, pull Mulbhand, and keep circling the eyes for another 30 seconds.
