Raise Kundalini Set 4

This is a kriya built to move kundalini from the base of the spine upward through the nadis. The work is direct: Breath of Fire to stoke the inner fire, root locks to seal the energy so it cannot leak back down, and a sequence of holds that pump prana up the central channel. You are not stretching a muscle here. You are opening a road for the serpent power and teaching it to climb.

Lie on your back and do Breath of Fire for 5 minutes. Then inhale, raise your legs to 18 inches, apply Mulbhand, hold, and relax. Repeat the leg raise twice.

In Easy Pose

Sit in Easy Pose and shrug your shoulders up toward your nose, alternating one then the other, for 1 to 2 minutes.

Sternum Rotation: like a belly dancer, circle the upper torso between the shoulders and the solar plexus for 2 to 3 minutes, giving 1.5 minutes to each direction.

Go into Shoulder Stand and do Long Deep Breathing for 2 minutes. Then inhale, exhale, apply Mulbhand, hold, and relax back down.

Arch

Arch: come up as though going into Shoulder Stand, raise your legs and place your hands at your waist, then carefully arch the back and bring the legs down, feet resting on the floor, for two minutes.

Half Bow Pose: on your stomach, hold your right ankle in your left hand, with your right hand in Gyan Mudra at the small of your back. Hold with Long Deep Breathing for 6 minutes. Inhale, exhale, and apply Mulbhand. Then repeat on the opposite hand and leg.

Half Bow Pose: on your stomach, hold your left ankle in your left hand, with your right hand in Gyan Mudra at the small of your back. Hold with Long Deep Breathing for 6 minutes. Inhale, exhale, and apply Mulbhand. Then repeat with the right hand and foot.

Maha Shakti Pose: seated, incline your upper torso back 60 degrees while raising your legs to 60 degrees, forming a perfect "V", with Breath of Fire for 1 minute. Inhale, hold, and apply Mulbhand, then exhale. Repeat twice.
