Left nostril breathing
Breathe through the left nostril alone for 2-3 minutes. Then switch and breathe through the right nostril alone for 2-3 minutes.

Raising Kundalini
This is the third raising set from the masters' work on sexuality and spirituality, and it is built for one purpose: to take the dormant fire coiled at the base of the spine and march it upward through the nadis to the crown. You will balance the ida and pingala first with alternate nostril breathing, then stoke the navel with relentless Breath of Fire, then seal the energy with Sat Kriya and the root lock. Done in full, this set converts the raw sexual current into ojas and carries kundalini up the central channel. Treat it as the secret transmission it is, every minute and every lock is the technology.

Pose 1
Breathe through the left nostril alone for 2-3 minutes. Then switch and breathe through the right nostril alone for 2-3 minutes.

Pose 2
Sit in Easy Pose. Extend both arms up to 60 degrees and hold there with Breath of Fire for 2-3 minutes.

Pose 3
a) Do 27 Frogs, inhaling as you rise up and exhaling as you go down. b) Do 27 Frogs again, this time exhaling as you rise up and inhaling as you go down. c) Inhale, stand up and stretch your arms overhead, arching the back; then exhale and bend forward to touch the floor. Repeat this 27 times.

Pose 4
Lie on your back. a) Raise your legs 6 inches and hold with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. b) Raise your legs to 12 inches with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. c) Raise your legs to 45 degrees with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. d) Raise your legs to 60 degrees with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. e) Lift the torso into Shoulder Stand and hold for 2 minutes.

Pose 5
a) Take half Bow Pose with your chin on the ground and your left hand holding your right ankle, with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. b) Do the same reversed, with your right hand holding your left ankle, for 2 minutes. c) Take full Bow Pose with both hands holding the corresponding ankles for 2 minutes.

Pose 6
a) Life Nerve Stretch: sit with both legs stretched out in front, inhale as you come up and exhale as you go down, for 2 minutes. b) Life Nerve Stretch with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. To end, inhale, then exhale and pull MulBhand (root lock) and hold. 7. a) Celibate Pose: lie on your back with your hips on the floor between your ankles, with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. b) Upright Celibate Pose: kneeling, sit between your shins and feet with Long Deep Breathing for 8 minutes. c) Camel Pose with Breath of Fire for 2 minutes. 8.
