Daily Practice

Inner Vitality and Stamina

This is a fifteen-minute charge to the well of your stamina. You move the prana through the lower triangle, pump the navel point, and seal the whole circuit with three breaths of held fire, so the body learns to run on its own reserve instead of borrowing. Done daily it sharpens the will and steadies the nerve. A short set, but it makes a different creature of you.
