Glands and Immunity

Disease Resistance and Heart Helper

This kriya builds the body into a fortress the way I was taught to build one, from the root upward. The first exercise wakes the first chakra and the eliminative channel, settling the nervous system into calm and laying down disease resistance. The second feeds the third chakra, where endurance and nerve strength live, and the third strengthens the heart and drives circulation above the diaphragm. Run it through three times and you have a practice that genuinely changes you.

God and me, me and God are one".

Pose 1

God and me, me and God are one".

Sit in easy pose. Interlace the fingers of both hands and press the thumb tips together. Rest this hand lock in the lap, palms up. Apply mul bhand: contract and pull up the rectum, pull in the navel point, and lift up the sex organ. Chant "God and me, me and God are one". With each cycle of the mantra, pull the locks a little tighter. Continue for 3 minutes.
