Mind and Emotion

Coordinating Mind, Body and Soul

This kriya does one thing, and it is the only thing that matters. It rises the kundalini and locks the three of you into one line: the energy of the body, the projection of the mind, and the reality of the soul. When those three move as one, the body releases into total harmonious relaxation and heals itself. You do not chase the calm. You build the alignment, and the calm is what falls out of it.
