Drop into regular pushups, but carry the weight on your big toenails. Inhale as you press up, exhale as you lower down. Stay with it for 2-3 minutes.

Mind and Emotion
This kriya is a forge for the memory. You move through pushups, the spinal heat of Bow and Cobra, Sat Kriya, and you seal it in Maha Bandha, the most powerful yogic lock, where you sit one breath away from God and feel Him moving in your own circumvent force. Build the fire in the lower spine, drive the prana up the nadis, and the mind that holds it all becomes clear and unbreakable.

Pose 1
Drop into regular pushups, but carry the weight on your big toenails. Inhale as you press up, exhale as you lower down. Stay with it for 2-3 minutes.

Pose 2
Move into Bow Pose and hold it with Breath of Fire for 2-3 minutes.

Pose 3
Rise into Cobra Pose. Breathe long and deep, or run Breath of Fire, for 2-3 minutes.

Pose 4
Body Drops. Sit in Lotus Pose if your body allows it, otherwise stretch the legs straight out in front of you. Place your fists on the ground beside the hips, lift the whole body off the floor, then drop it back down. Repeat this for 1-2 minutes.

Pose 5
Stretch the legs out in front with the feet 1.5 feet apart. Bend forward and take hold of the ankles, exhaling as you fold down and inhaling as you come up, using the elbows to pull the head toward the knees. Then inhale, exhale, hold the breath out, and apply Mulbhand.

Pose 6
Back Platform. Lying on your back, raise the body up onto the hands and feet so the arms, legs, and torso run straight. Inhale and turn the chin to the left shoulder, exhale and turn it to the right shoulder, for 1-2 minutes. Now repeat the exercise with the left leg lifted parallel to the ground, then again with the right leg raised, 1 minute on each side.

Pose 7
Sat Kriya for 3-5 minutes. Sit on your heels and raise the arms overhead, palms pressed together, elbows straight, upper arms hugging the ears. Inhale and pull the navel point in as you chant "So", exhale and release the navel as you chant "Hum".

Pose 8
Sit in Easy Pose and breathe long and deep for 3 minutes, letting the mind relax. Then inhale deeply, hold the breath in, and apply Maha Bandha: pull all three locks at once, Mulbhand, Diaphragm Lock, and Neck Lock, and meditate.
